Brands currently not supported by Synergi

While we would like to be able to help all EV drivers with smart charging, our hands are still tied with the following brands:

• Citroen, DS, Opel and Peugeot: These Stellantis Group brands’ cloud services are not yet ready for smart car charging due to unreliable connections to the cars or limited capabilities to receive certain commands.
• Mercedes-Benz: Support is currently provided by Synergi. However, MB prevents anyone from controlling charging when the battery charge level is below 50%, which imposes certain restrictions.
• Polestar and newer Volvos (Recharge line): It is currently not possible to connect as cloud connectivity requires connecting to Bluetooth, which is not possible from our headquarters.

We are working to build support for all models as quickly as possible, so hopefully we will get these brands on smart charging as soon as possible!
