Synergi App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Synergi!

Our app, Synergi (later “App”), helps you optimize your electric vehicle (EV) charging, heat pump usage and other electricity usage. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Synergi Solutions Oy (Business ID: 3306817-5; later “Synergi”).

1. Getting Started

Accepting the Terms: When you download or use our App, you’re agreeing to our terms, so please read them carefully.

Who Can Use the App: Our services are available to anyone who agrees to these terms. Just make sure you’re using the App in a way that’s allowed by law.

2. How Synergi’s App Works

Setting Up Your Account: You’ll need to create a login to use our App. Once you’re set up, you can start optimizing your EV charging and more.

App Delivery: Download our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started.

What We Do: We help you use electricity more efficiently based on your preferences and the devices you connect.

3. Money Matters

Electricity Prices: We use and show you electricity prices from the Nordpool exchange. Remember, these prices don’t include extra fees from your provider or taxes.

Subscriptions: Our Basic service is free, but we also offer Premium features for a fee. We’ll let you know before any changes to our fees.

Changes to Fees: If we change our fees, we’ll give you a heads-up so you can decide what you want to do.

4. Using the App with Your Devices

Third-Party Devices: We support a variety of devices to deliver our services, but we can’t guarantee they’ll all work perfectly with our App.

Your Consent: By using the App, you’re allowing us to access your devices to provide our services. You can stop this access anytime through the App or by contacting us.

Third-Party Applications: Our service connects with apps and services made by other companies. Remember, these third-party applications have their own rules and privacy policies. When you use them with the Synergi App, make sure you understand and agree to their terms. We’re always working to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t promise that our service will always be compatible with these third-party applications now or in the future.

5. Making Changes

Updates and Maintenance: We might need to update the App or temporarily shut it down for maintenance. We’ll try to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Your Responsibility: It’s up to you to download App updates and use the App legally and responsibly.

6. When Things Don’t Go as Planned

Refunds: Talk to us if you think you need a refund. We’ll consider your request but can’t guarantee it.

Ending Your Use: You can stop using the App anytime. If you want us to delete your data, just let us know.

Service Interruptions: Sometimes, things beyond our control might affect the App. We’ll do our best to limit any problems but keep the right for service interruptions.

Liability: While we strive to ensure the best performance of our App, Synergi isn’t responsible for any damage or losses that might occur from using our App. This includes, but isn’t limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether it’s related to your devices, electricity consumption, or any other aspect of the App’s use. Please use the App responsibly and ensure it’s suitable for your needs.

7. Keeping Your Data Safe

Privacy: Your privacy matters to us. Check out our Privacy Policy to see how we protect your information.

8. Ownership and Copyright

Our Content: Everything in the App is ours or used with permission. Please don’t use our content without asking us first.

Third-Party Rights: We also use logos, trademarks, and other types of content that belong to third parties. These are the property of their respective owners, and their presence in our App doesn’t mean there’s any endorsement or affiliation unless we say so. Make sure to respect these third-party rights when using our App.

9. Changes to These Terms

Staying Updated: We might need to change these terms now and then. We’ll let you know through the App or by email. If you keep using the App after changes are made, that means you agree to the new terms.

11. Legal Stuff

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be handled in Helsinki, Finland.

12. Platform-Specific Acknowledgments and Requirements – terms required by marketplaces

Platform Acknowledgment

By using the App, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Synergi only, not with Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) or Google LLC (“Google”). This agreement grants you the use of the App on devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store and Google Play Terms of Service. Synergi, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

License to Use

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Maintenance and Support

Synergi will provide maintenance and support for the App as required under applicable law. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.


Synergi is solely responsible for any product warranties, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the respective platform (Apple or Google), and they will refund the purchase price for the App to you; Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Product Claims

Synergi, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App or your use of the App, including product liability claims, compliance with legal or regulatory standards, and consumer protection claims.

Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Synergi, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a restricted country or on any restricted party list.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and Conditions, with the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Third-Party Terms of Agreement

Your use of the App must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement.


By using Synergi’s App, you agree to these terms, so please use our App responsibly and enjoy the benefits of smarter energy use!
